With Mercy recently announcing that they may no longer accept Anthem insurance at their facilities starting in January, we understand this might cause some concerns. However, we want to reassure our patients that this decision does not impact Cape Surgical Clinic. As an independent clinic, we will remain in-network with Anthem.
While there is still time for both parties to sign a new contract, rest assured that if Mercy’s facilities do go out-of-network, we will work closely with you and your insurance provider to ensure that your surgeries are scheduled at appropriate, in-network locations. We are committed to providing seamless care and support for our patients, no matter what changes come in the healthcare landscape.
